The super drive in my iMac has failed, so until I can afford to get that fixed is their anyway I can use remote disk like a macbook air does and borrow the Superdrive from a Windows Vista machine thats on the same network?

Wow, good question. I would think it would work as long as you install the DVD/CD sharing software on the Windows computer. It's worth a shot.

I installed the disk share software on the other computer, but how do I get remote disk on my iMac?
