I have a charger for my old (and still beloved) Essential PH-1. It's designed to connect to a USB-C cable. I'm wondering if I could safely use it with an iPhone 13 Mini. Please check the specs in the attached photo. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much, SL. I've had two Essential phones and always liked these solidly made adapters. I'm glad to repurpose one of them in memory of the PH-1 that my son dropped. (I'm still using the other one after over five years. Very nice phones, especially for 2017, but their ceramic bodies always seemed a little brittle, I thought.) Plus, the PH-1 adapter will accept the iPhone 13 Mini's factory provided cable.

Yep, USB C and USB A is usually safe to assume that the phone will ask from the charger what it needs/wants. I've used 96w MacBook chargers with my iPhone - the phone will only draw what it wants - perfectly safe.

I use third party adapters too - Anker - all over the house.

watch out though for heat generation!

i noticed that my macbook charger would cause so much heat on my iPhone 13 mini

and ended up using the one that came with my older iPad pro

too much heat cannot be good for the battery in the long run
