BrianBaughn macrumors G4 May 5, 2012 #2 An all-day event spanning more than one day? Those show up as "stripes" across the all-day (top) section in iCal and on the iPhone in landscape view. "Week Calendar" for iPhone gives a few different views of the calendar.

Have you tried entering it in a new event in iCal like that? 2. You have a meeting with Dave on May 7, May 8, and May 9 from 13:30 to 15:00. That would be a recurring event. Enter the recurrences in the event. If what you're asking is, "Can you draw a line or stripe in iCal across more than one day and then enter the event info?" The answer is no.
