can iOS 4.0.2 be jailbreak??? and how???

No jailbreak for 4.0.2 unless you have a 3G (Redsn0w beta)
Do not upgrade to 4.1 until new jailbreak tools for 4.1 are released
If you have a 3G phone, you can jailbreak 4.0.2 using the Redsn0w beta tool pointed at 4.0 IPSW

You can only downgrade your 3GS if you have saved your SHSH for a jailbreakable version either in Cydia or locally with TinyUmbrella. Otherwise, you will have to wait for 4.1.
