Can iPhone be flashed to platinumtel?

So I really want to use an iPhone on platinumtel service. How do I flash? For which carrier should it be bought for? If there's anything else I should know please tell me! Thanks so much!
 
If they are a GSM provided service then yes. You would have to buy an AT&T iPhone, then have it unlocked.
