Anyone run COD MW3 2023 on parallels?

if possible how is the performance?

No idea, if want to game buy a PC far simpler that way and will pay dividends over the years. I only game on the Mac if on the road or of interest to get it running natively...

It won't work. CoD MW III 2023 uses kernel level anti-cheat and that doesn't work on ARM versions of Windows.
