zblaxberg Guest Original poster Mar 5, 2007 #1 I know they have the slot-loading drives but can they take in mini cd's and mini dvd's?
Legolamb macrumors 6502a Mar 5, 2007 #3 Apple is vague on this. "...Some slot-loading drives may be able to accommodate 80 mm round discs, but their use is not supported and any damage caused will not be covered under your Apple warranty or applicable extended service contract".

From the looks of it I definetly would not put anything other than a standard disc in my Mac. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=58641 But like it was said there is a part that says it "might" work, so if you really need to get the information on the disc i suppose you could try it.
