Can multiple devices have multiple iCloud IDs

I have an iMac, iPhone and 3 iTouches in my family.
We all share the same Apple ID. However, when I try to configure faceTime it always tries to use the same cell number.

I want the iTouches to have the cell number associated with my kids' actual cell numbers and emails. The iMac should have its own id.

I believe this would allow FaceTime to contact the correct device. Right now they all have the cell number for the iPhone.
