Hello,

these are the specs of my laptop:
Processor and graphics card: Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 processor 155H Intel® Arc™
iGPU

Which apple displays can it run, if any, and at what refresh rate?

I assume that's not an Apple computer (I don't recall any with the "Arc iGPU"). So officially, no Apple displays are SUPPORTED though if it has Thunderbolt ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ maybe.

For older displays, if you go back to the 27" Apple Cinema Display that would work if it has DisplayPort. Going even older, some used DVI. Some used ACD which... maybe, via adapters, but they're harder to find than hen's teeth these days and those are OOOOOLD displays.

tell us the brand and the model so we can know the entire spec sheet. if it has Thunderbolt 3 or higher / USB4 it will run any currently or recently sold Apple Display, but it won't be able to control stuff like volume and brightness from Windows (there are drivers for Linux though afaik)

I am wondering if they would allow you to hook up your laptop to a showroom model, that seems like the only way to be truly sure of it all.

these are the full specs

For a current display, it's not something Apple would support at all of course. You could ask Novacustom, or as you said bring it into a store & try it.
