Can my Mac Prod 3,1 quad core take a second cpu?

I have a early 2008 quad core mac pro 3,1. Want to upgrade to 8 core. I opened it up and saw a dummy heatsink, but I didn't have a long enough 3mm wrench to take it off and see if there is a slot. I assume it has the second cpu slot for another cpu.
