So I have a MBP 2.16 Core 2 Duo with 2 Gigs of ram and 120 gig HD (40 gigs available). I was was wondering if my computer will be able to run Lion. On the Apple.com Tech specs that it will be able to run it but will it slow it down dramatically and it it worth it to get? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Yes, it will run. How well it will run and whether or not you find the performance acceptable is a personal preference we can't decide for you.

you should probably change the name of this to something like "Can i run Lion" cause just "Can" isn't really working.

I'd guess you'd be mostly fine, but a RAM upgrade would put you in pretty good shape for sure.

My only suggestion would be to bump the RAM up to 4GB and you should be fine.

I'm running it on a 2009 MB with 2 GB of RAM just fine. I ordered some more RAM, but honestly it's not an issue like I figured it would be.
