iPhone Can Newsstand be hidden in iOS6?

Will never happen.
Remember, Apple is asking publications to take a 30% cut of their subscription prices is order to be on Newstand. That's a huge chunk, and a lot of magazines refused to come on board at first.
So in return, Apple is promising publishers that their newstand app will always be on the homescreen.

Does the 'exploit' where you can move Newsstand to a folder still work in iOS 6?

I don't use Newsstand so I shove it in a folder called 'Boring' along with Stocks, Weather, Game Center, and other useless stuff Apple forces us to have.

I find Newsstand really annoying, with its weird-looking double 's', stubborn icon that won't go into a folder and the totally pointless (in my opinion) functionality.
I hide that bugger as far down my home screen pages as possible. It would be nice if there were a way to properly hide it or disable it altogether.
