Can not attach Dropbox files to Mail app

does anyone else have an issue attaching files from Dropbox to the mail app? I cannot do it no matter how many times I try. I click on he attachments button when composing an email, and then choose Dropbox, then try to attach, and it says downloading but then when it shows the email, there is no file there. Works with iCloud Drive no issues

Not alone. There are other threads on this site talking about the same issue. I have it on a iPhone 6 and iPad Pro 10.5. Attach to iCloud fine. Dropbox, it looks like it is working but nothing shows up.

I’m having the same issue. It’s also not working when I use the third party “Email” app.

I'm using it on an iPhone. The only way around it I've found so far is to go into the Files app and email it directly from there. Which isn't helpful when trying to reply to an email.
