Does anyone else keep seeing this message when opening itunes or the AppStore with ip4? I used to get it occasionally, now I seem to get it 80-90% of the time! It's rather annoying!!!

I do, and it is annoying. I go into Settings > Store > View Account > Sign in. After I sign in to view account it lets me into the store.
i went through this w my ipad and iphone... its usually a stupid error solved by resetting your itunes password. iforgot.apple.com
