Can not reinstall spore

I have been attempting to reinstall spore on my Macbook. When I do so i can get all the way to the install button, I then click it and it starts to install and then when it gets to 80 out of 90 files it just sits there. How may I fix this?

1 gb memory
GMA X3100

How long does it sit there? Sometimes one large file can take awhile to install. It would appear to be freezing, though it's not.

It might still be installing so be patient !

After you install, there are some patches too which take a while to install so again, patience is key.

How long might it take as it has been sitting there for 15 hours now?
