I would go the disk format. I would go with a big Thumb drive or better a USB 3 hard drive.

You don't need third-party software; you can do it all in Finder just like you would with a CD or DVD

Thanks guys. I may do both blu ray and thumb drive. I don't have usb 3 though (older imac)
