Can Photogene do what iFlashReady does?

I was looking at these two apps, and I was wondering if Photogene could replicate what iFlashReady does to photos using the manual photo adjustments. 🙂
 
no. Photogene is based on the traditional "global" contrast adjustments such as curves. iFlash has a "local" method according to its description. I am not aware of a Photoshop plugin that does "local" contrast adjustments. Maybe someone else know.
