can receive hotmail emails but cannot send

It was working for over a year and all of a sudden it just stop working. I have the newest firmwares, etc... pls advise. Thanks
 
I can receive email but CANNOT send or forward Emails... why? I throw away my emails in the inbox from Firefox in a PC...
