Can somebody please convert this InDesign file?

I'm running InDesign CS5 and it must have been made using an older version because I can't for the life of me open it.

If someone could convert it to a pdf as soon as possible that would be amazing.

Are you able to upload/attach the file, so that people who may be able to help, might be able to help?
