All iPads Can somebody try this that has a mini retina and air

I was playing with the two earlier at best buy and on sites like gizmodo or Engadget where they have videos in their post the air was playing them in standard quality and the mini retina was playing it in hd. There where no options to increase the format on either but the mini always played them in hd. Anybody else having this issue?

which video is delievred to each device will be dependant on the implementation in the server.

Playing the same resolution video on each device will look better on the mini as it is smaller.

Same video. Same page/video. Same store side by side. Mini was hd air was bad quality. Just seeing if anybody else's are doing this.
