Umm...

The "iPod Dancers" and iPod photos are directly from Apple, correct? Yep, that's copyright infringement unless you have Apple's specific permission to use those. Not to be mean here but most iPod related sites take their own iPod related photos instead of snagging them from Apple's site without permission.

You have a great idea for a site - hopefully you'll find someone to partner with for design content. But as xli_ne said,
"talented + cheap = not likely."
