Can someone with the appropriate skills and software help me discern a few seconds of conversation in a wav file?
The snippet of conversation that I'm trying to understand lasts only a few seconds but there's some background noise that I can't filter out and the speech is a bit garbled. Someone with better digital audio skills can probably apply a few filters and some digital magic to understand what's being asked in this few seconds of dialog.
