This new "IOS5 + Notifications" options in SBSettings?? I don't recall seeing them before.
 
It let's you access SBSettings in the Notification Center when you swipe down on your iPhone. You just need to go into Settings>Notifications>SBSettings>On for it to appear there. You can set toggles, themes, etc while keeping the activator dropdown window still active or disabled.
