I am fairly new to Mac. I have been trying to install the software for "My Uno Cards". I have downloaded the Mac Download however I get an error message when I try to install it.

Initialization Error….
Could not create the application support directory 'Macintosh HD:Library:Application Support:My UNO Cards:'.

I have installed the same downloaded software on a Macbook Pro and it works but I cannot get it to work on my MacBook Air (OS X 10.8.4)
Any suggestions on what I can do?:(

Error Message

Hopefully this screenshot works.

Where are you getting the software from? If it's the same website I Googled, the Mac system requirements are pretty old. It may be that the My Uno software has not been updated to work with 10.8.

I have emailed them but haven't got any reply as yet.

We have installed the software on a Macbook Pro with the same operating system and it works fine. I am confused.

You could try creating that folder yourself and see, if that helps.

And you mean this application, which downloads a "My_UNO_2-5-7_MAC_AUD.dmg" file, 48.1 MB in size, from a very slow server?

Thanks for your suggestion. I created the file myself and ran it all again and now it is working. Thanks for your help.
