I have restored my iPad to factory settings and i have created a new apple id/icloud account (same address).
Everything works ok on icloud.com, icloud settings (iOS) BUT...
when i try to enable iMessage and Facetime i get a message that either my account username or password are wrong.
Now i had this problem with my old account and now i have it on a new device with a new account. My username and password info ARE NOT wrong.
Can someone tell me what to do?
