I have a Asus R9 280X DirectCU II video card. I have uploaded my stock bios that I have grabbed from GPU-Z.

You may try this one, it should give you the boot screen.

Try this one too. It is your ROM after stitched EFI part and fixrom.py, just in case. See if it works as it should.

I tried yours successfully flashed but do I loose any ports?

If you already flash the card, why not test it by yourself? And if you lost a port that you can't test (or you won't use it), that's doesn't really matter, right?
