Can someone recommend an inexpensive power bank?

I'm looking to buy an inexpensive portable charger for my iPhone 5s since the battery no longer lasts me a full day at school. I'm hoping to spend under $30. I found this

video and am leaning towards the JETech one. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I have that one and also have the 10000 mag version of it

I have charged mine and a friends iPhone multiple different times fully and also used it to charge my iPad a little and still sitting at 65% battery left. I love the thing by it is pretty big
