Long story short I got the base M3 Pro.

I wanted to render a video with Topaz Video AI (a BD I bought that looks bad) and I got a whooping 10 hours time of waiting for it.

If someone with a m3 Max puts up with me to download the video file and the Topaz software I’d be grateful. I just want to know what I missed out (I considered getting the m3 max at one point and said I’d never use the GPU, little did I know).

You don’t even have to render anything, I just want the initial estimation.

Hey there, I have the m3 max and own the tapas software. Dm up with what you’d like tested 🙂
Would you happen to have either Adobe Acrobat Pro or Mathematica on your machine? There are a couple of tests I'd be interested in seeing done.

I do have acrobat, but I'm not sure if it's Pro. I don't have Mathematica.
Thanks for your reply. For acrobat, this would tell you:

Hey there, I tested with your file and its going to take 3 hours to do it at 6fps 🙂

Yep, I messed up not taking the max. Thanks!
Sorry to hear that! maybe sell yours and try to find a used one! Actually, I have a 16 core M3 Max 48gb 1tb with accidental AppleCare for 1year I'd let go for $3500. I ending up going with 8tb 128gb
