Can´t Install macOS Sierra - Harddisk is Locked!!!!

Can I maybe get some helt to the Macbook Air.

When I choose "macOS Utilities" and choose "Reinstall macOS". Then I ahve to choose a Harddisk to install macOS on but there is only the one Harddisk and it´s locked.

The Harddisk is 250 GB and it says there is 248 GB free. But its locked.

Does it let you open Utilities? You can reformat the drive and that should work.

OS X Base System is not where it should be installed. That's the virtual disk for Recovery. Do you see any other disk? Open Disk Utility and post a photo of what shows up there.

I guess somehow partition map is messed up and Mac OS X does not recognize original partition right.
Normally, OS X base system should not be that large.
