When I choose "macOS Utilities" and choose "Reinstall macOS". Then I ahve to choose a Harddisk to install macOS on but there is only the one Harddisk and it´s locked.

The Harddisk is 250 GB and it says there is 248 GB free. But its locked.


Please help :D

OS X Base System is not where it should be installed. That's the virtual disk for Recovery. Do you see any other disk? Open Disk Utility and post a photo of what shows up there.
 
I guess somehow partition map is messed up and Mac OS X does not recognize original partition right.
Normally, OS X base system should not be that large.
