iPhone 16 Pro Max Can T-Mobile Go5G Next Upgrade on the Apple Site?

If your plan is T-Mobile Go5G Next can you upgrade through Apple? Or only T-Mobile? I tried on the Apple site and it's telling me to call or go to T-Mobile.

Do you have a current installment plan with TMO ?

If so, you have to go thru TMO site - not Apple. The EIP must be half paid off in order to upgrade.

My wife has TMO and she went thru TMO - TMO site opened up 7 minutes before Apple's site this morning....

Yes I do have current installment plan.

If you upgrade, and the EIP is half paid off, and you have the go5G Next, should you also get the $1000 promo? If so, how? I have been told multiple, differing rules by various Tmobile reps.
