can`t paste on external hard disk on El Capitan

hi every body
after update my mac os from 10.10.5 to El Capitan, i cant paste any file on my external hard disk!
when i right click on the any where on hard disk, just show Get info, View, Arrange by and show view options.
where is my new folder and paste item?
why i can`t edit and just can read?

I assume that you are using Paragon NTFS? Paragon NTFS doesn't work on El Capitan unless you update it.

You need to give more info. What type of file format are u using for your external hard disk?

If you are on El Capitan, you must update Paragon NTFS to make it work.

Couldn't find it either. The version available on official website of Paragon NTFS offers 60 day trial. Use that for now.
