Resolved Can the 512Ke talk to any modern machines?

If I got a DB9 cable and plugged it into the modem serial port on my Macintosh 512Ke and the other end into a modern PC for example, are there any programs that exist for set up something like file transfers between the two?

I have all these things but google isnt great for these hyper specific questions. 😛
