The Nintendo DS has a game called Brain Age. You can write numbers or letters, and the DS recognizes it right away. Does the iPod Touch or iPhone have this ability? Does anyone know of any third party apps that would allow this function? Cause that would be extremely useful.

The iPhone/iPod touch can only (I think) read Chinese handwriting currently. Turn the keyboard on under international settings. It is pretty fun to make fake chinese symbols and have it guess. :)

Not really. Have you tried writing with your finger? It's horrible. The reason it works on the DS is because you get a stylus.

Yes....there's an app called WritePad. It doesn't really work well at all, but you can try it.
