So... I just sparked an idea and I feel I need to share it with you guys.

I'm laying here, shirtless, with the macbook on my stomach, the fans are blowing and it's quite warm. Do you think if I continually have my macbook on my stomach, the constant heat will make my abs sweat, and over time, give me a nice sixpack?

Hey, it sounds more plausable than half of those infomercials I watch at two in the morning.

I think the beer you are drinking while you are using the MacBook will give you a different version of the sixpack abs -- the beer belly.

Assuming you don't get a third degree burn first, then... no.

I doubt my mac would ever get hot enough to burn. Just hot enough to make me sweat...

But think about it! "The Mac Sweat Diet"... all I gotta do is find a way to market it.

Lol, instead you can lay a six pack of beer on your stomach and put the macbook on the left side to surf and still be laying down. :D

If you want abs do 150 crunches (minimum) 3 times daily every day. Takes commitment but it'll work. I have no commitment so I could only do it 2 times daily for about 3 days...

But your question... no. If that worked, I'd have some great abs by now.
