To help with an HDMI/Overscan issue, I'm wondering if it is possible to move the menu bar.
Currently, it is stuck on the top of the screen, and is small. If I could insert another menubar sized bar between the menu bar and the top of the screen, that would 'push it' into view.
Or drag it two be double height.
Or just drag it down a little bit somehow.
Are there any apps or terminal commands that could do this without 'too much' fuss?
