Can these new iMacs be hooked up to a HDTV set?

It is one of the things I love about my PC its got a HDMI out....please tell me I can do this with the new iMac somehow?

The adapter I linked to works with MDP or TB.

Do yourself a favor and buy this http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10428&cs_id=1042802&p_id=5311&seq=1&format=2 instead for $6.65. (Way cheaper, will work just fine). Never had a problem.

They used to have ones that did that for just DP, but they need to be updated to TB. I'm sure they exist now, not sure how much they cost though. They'd be more expensive for sure.

Should. Don't see why not, just uses Thunderbolt. (works with the 2011 one too)

No, recently the past handful of months I've been around this forum trying to learn all I can. I did sign up a wile ago though because I've owned just about all previous iPhone/iPad generations..finally making the switch to Mac.
