Can this iCloud iPhone backup be correct?

Basicly the iPhone shows the backup uses 5,02gb, while only one app already should take more then that...

Can this be a correct backup or is something wrong? I called apple care twice and they said this is correct....But i still have my doubts.

It doesn't backup your apps, just the data.
