Can u change banner time?

Can u change how long a banner stays on the screen? When playing a game and I get a banner notification, it covers the top area of the screen and I can't play till I wait for the banner to clear. Almost as annoying as a bags popup.

No. But you can quickly dismiss them. Swipe them from the right to the left, as if deleting them.
