Can we train Siri to listen to my voice only?

My iPhone 11 Pro does a fantastic of ignoring Siri requests other than me but my MacBook picks up anyone saying Siri. There was a lady on the TV that said some lights look scary and it activated.

I remember being able to train iPhone to listen to my voice. Can we do this on MacBook too?

And I just tried ME saying Siri... my iPhone picked it up and gave me the weather. MacBook did nothing. So something's off with Siri then.
