Can you add a second email address to iCloud

Ok, I am able to see my @me.com email address.

But I don't see where I can add another email address. I have comcast and I would also like to add that email address.

Please advise.

I was sort of expecting my iTunes library to simply appear in my new iCloud.

I don't see the iTunes. How do I get my iTunes up into the cloud?

You just add an additional account to your phone or device or whatever. You don't "Add" a comcast account to iCloud.
