Resolved Can you add tracks to a playlist right from your phone?

I can't figure out how to do this. If I have a playlist on my phone (music app) and I want to add a song that's already on my phone, how do I do this? Thanks. Don't tell me you have to plug it into iTunes to do this from your computer?

There should be an "Edit" button on the top of each playlist. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to edit Smart Playlists on the iPhone.
