Just wondering since my store a few miles away has a few in stock but I don't want to buy it at full retail I'd rather just upgrade my line since it's eligible on the Next plan. I was able to do that at Best Buy and I have one shipping by 11/10 but if I can walk in and pick one up on Next I might do that. I have 2 eligible lines so i'll cancel my Bestbuy order if it's possible but I don't want to drive over there if they only sell at full retail.

walked in... no line at all and walmart actually has 6 available. Not one other person in the 30 min i was there asked about the x. I walked out with the one I wanted and then best buy charged my card for the one I ordered from them lol so I'm sure that will be shipping and be here Monday/Tuesday. So now I need to decide if I want to keep the other one for one of my kids or send it back. It's a damn expensive phone to give to the kids though. I may just walk it back into best buy next week and get it off my att plan.

were you able to buy it with At&T next plan at walmart? or did you have to pay full price??

Paid with Next with no issues. :) FYI to anyone else considering walmart. It is the qualcomm modem universal device but they activate it to a sim right there and there is no way around it. They let me do it since they didn't even know how to turn the phone on and off there but I wasn't happy about having to activate in store but to be in and out with no line in 30 minutes picking up the phone i wanted on my att plan on installments I'm not going to complain too much. I'm pretty happy and shocked that I could just walk in and pick one up.
