can you change language?

Can I change language to English if I buy a Swedish Leopard version, or do I have to buy an English Leopard version?

You just buy the one version, Leopard has support for quite a lot of languages.

You can verify this on the Swedish specs page. The only localization that is done with OS X is the packaging...the DVD is the same all over the world.
