Can you combine two separate safari windows into tabs?

If you have two safari windows open is it possible to drag one into the other and it will turn into a tab? I have been trying to do this, but haven't figured a way out. You can do this on internet explorer for example.

Open another tab on one of the Safari windows, then click/drag the original wanted tab to the other Safari window.

You can also choose Window → Merge all windows from the menubar.
