iPhone 7/Plus Can you control an Iphone remotely with another Iphone?

Are there any apps that will allow you to control an iphone with another iphone. Say open and use apps on a phone that is a few hundred yards away?

I have an app that I would like to use with bluetooth connected to a work/utility device but I want to use it from a remote location. Is this a possibility?

There is an app that lets you use one iPhone to control another iPhone's camera, kinda like a remote trigger with live preview via Bluetooth, but there's no way to remotely control an iPhone like you can on a Mac to Mac with Remote Desktop
