Can you direct Link to a file or anything else with Mobile Me? How?

I want to use an mp3 widget on my blog and it's asking for the URL of my mp3 file. i uploaded the file to mobile me and was wondering if it's even possible to make a direct link to it.

Yes, put it in the Sites folder on your iDisk.

Then, the weblink is

homepage.mac.com/username/filename
