Can you disable inertial Mission Control?

Hi guys,
With Sierra, when you launch Mission Control on a trackpad, the speed of the animation matches the speed you perform the gesture with your fingers. While this is fun for some people, I prefer for it to open instantly and quickly no matter how quick or slow I gesture it.

And yes I know can I can just gesture quickly instead, but why should I have to change the way I work for an operating system?

Is it possible to change this behaviour? It slows my work flow down, but it isn't a big deal at the end of the day....

There is a terminal command for the dock to change the speed, i am on the road and dont have access to it now. But i can look into it, i prefer snappy fast appearing comtent too

This is for dock, but it seems to apply to menubar and mission control, so oerhaps sidebar as well
