I just got an offer in the mail from Best Buy for 10% off a single purchase. The problem I have with it is that (of course) there are a ton of restrictions, one being that you can't use it on Apple products. Then why are all but like two of the people pictured holding iPods!?
I'm not sure they would really have a leg to stand on, legally, if you went in and demanded to get the discount on an iPod. (I should know the answer to this...I have a degree in advertising and took media law....but that was like three years ago

The "white" earbuds are clearly colored grey on the guy in the yellow, but there's no hiding the fact that he's holding an iPod. (sorry, I didn't descreen the pictures...)
Anyway, did anyone else get this, and what do you think about it?

edit:: The people pictured are HOLDING iPods...they aren't iPods themselves
