Only if you have SHSH blobs for iOS 4.1 and properly signed 6.1.3. blobs.

Basically I want to see what apps looked liked in the older days then upgrade to 6.1.3 not 7.What does properly signed shsh blobs mean? You only need DFU for 4.1.Apple is still signing that.
