Running XP on Paralles. Do I need to worry about getting virus on that side of the machine? Can it cross over to my documents and such on my mac side? Do I need virus protection of some sort? Not really familiar with how all this works.

    Thanks for any advice.

It is Windows... so yes, you need protection on the Windows side
It won't affect your Mac, but even under Parallels you are truly running windows

There are some free virus scans available for Windows
